The neighborhood is undergoing a transformation unprecedented in terms of quality and size of buildings. One is immediately struck by the release of land for new apartment buildings that coexist with small colorful houses and limits favelas by their architecture (post of 15 October 2010 on this blog). Building on this site is for the owner and designer for us a challenge. Indeed, the property is located on a steep slope that falls due north, which turns completely back on the road. The width of land that is known of 14m does not help the choice of architecture or the location of future building. The common choice of the owner and the architect was to break with all the constraints and context of the project: a new, modern building, opened in the north to view the road embankment and the area Andranomena, parking on the roof at ground floor, two apartments nestled in the basement levels -1 and -2 and basement wrapped by the retaining wall that retains all the difference in height from the road. Result, two apartments completely isolated vis-à-vis the road and who, it must be noted, is very popular with users axis Antananarivo - Ambodimita - Andranomena. The unique facade and two balconies only be seen by neighbors who are within 30m to the nearest.



The interior is designed to be used after the party took the view north and large transparent openings on this facade. The architect has installed a balcony while length to act as a promontory on the view.
